Joshua says that there are really only two states of being; Fear or Love. In the Fear state, we're deep in the illusion and cut off from communication with our inner selves, guides and supporters. In fear we receive negative thoughts and urges to control conditions. But if we can move to the love state through a shift in perspective, we open up that communication and receive inspired ideas.
