Everything in physical reality is a manifestation of Source energy. Everything physical and nonphysical is created and held together by the energy of Source. There is nothing that is not Source energy. If you can understand this concept, then you can see how everything, including yourself is nothing more than Source energy. It is all one. How you choose to perceive it is based on your mental construct and is unique to you. The illusion is separation, but the truth is that All Is One.
