When you are experiencing something you don't like, it's something called "Contrast" in spiritual circles. Joshua calls it context. It is what makes life meaningful. You're in contrast because you care about the context of the situation. We all create the context because we give things meaning. Without the context, we would have nothing we care about. Therefore, as you become a conscious creator, you create more of what you want and the context becomes more meaningful. You care about what you've created and of course, this provides even more context. It is within that context that we find limiting beliefs and we very much want to know what beliefs limit us so that we can alter them. In this episode, Joshua explains this new idea.

There are 3 ways to manifest (or create) anything; 1) matter moving matter, 2) energy moving matter, or 3) energy moving energy. Effort and struggle is the first way - matter moving matter, and it's unsatisfying. As you get more into the vibration of what you think you want, you use energy to move matter, but that's not really satisfying either. The pinnacle of the manifestation process is to let go of what you think you want and your attachment to an outcome. You just get into the vibration of love and acceptance and allow the universe to bring you what you truly want. This is energy moving energy and it leads to the unimaginable.

We believe a lot of things, but we now very little. Our beliefs are neither true or false, they're limiting or empowering. If we could expand our beliefs so that they become more empowering and less limiting, we could experience freedom and abundance. This would allow us to push past more fear and act on inspiration that would lead us to the lives we desire.
