In this episode, Joshua explains how to become more aware of your vibration in each moment. Since your vibration and point of attraction is based one your current perspective, you will notice that the perspective shifts up and down all day long. As you become aware of this, you can notice the differences in your point of attraction and what is coming to you. When you learn to adjust your perspective intentionally, you'll notice that your vibration is more aligned with who you truly are and what you really want. This practice is subtle and nuanced, but very powerful!

In early 2021, 50 people entered Joshua's new course called "The Ascension Experience." This is a channeled program consisting of 13 4-week segments starting with "Alignment" and ending with "Deliberate Creation." Each segment consists of weekly material and assignments, a Daily Spiritual Practice, daily emails, and many "plots" (small tasks) sprinkled throughout each segment. The first group graduates this week and each participant has Ascended to a new state of consciousness. In this episode, Joshua summarizes the concept of Deliberate Creation for those graduates as well for people who are new to these teachings. Even if you have never taken a single AE course, you will begin to understand the concept of Deliberate Creation
