In order to raise our vibrations to become a match to our desires, we must release the wobbles. Another term for wobble is limiting beliefs. Limiting beliefs often originate in our childhoods. We had an experience and we anchored it to a limiting belief. Now every time that limiting belief is triggered, we feel the same way we did when we first had the experience as a child. In this episode, Joshua explains how to release the limitations caused by beliefs that are not true.
