In each moment you are feeling a range of emotions. These feelings are based on your interpretation of the moment. If you think everything is good in that moment, you feel some form of positive emotion. This is alignment. In the next moment, you might feel a slight negative emotion. This means that you perceive something is wrong. The emotion is your indication that you have lost your alignment. Now, can you choose a new perspective or process a limiting belief in the moment and regain your alignment? This is the art of alignment and it takes a bit of practice, but it will lead to more and more joy.
