Covid-19 has caused us all to take a pause from the distractions of everyday life. We now have the opportunity to discover what is truly essential in our lives. The virus and the economic instability caused by worldwide lock downs are allowing all of us the opportunity to re-prioritize our lives. This is actually a great gift. In this time we have to consider what's truly important in our lives (our health, our relationships and our passions) were are being eased into a wonderful new approach to life.
